Refund policy

14 days, no questions

Under EU law you have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because Citizen and the Supporter Edition start working immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree to that. We refund anyway: ask within 14 days of buying and you get your money back in full, whatever the reason.

If you upgraded from Citizen to the Supporter Edition, the 14 days count separately for the upgrade.

If something is wrong

If you paid and didn't get what you paid for, or a fault stops you from using it, tell us. We fix it or refund you, whatever the time limit above says.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with the email address you paid with (or your receipt number). Refunds go back to the original payment method through our reseller, usually within 5–10 days. A refunded purchase is removed from your account.

Steam purchases

Anything bought through Steam follows Steam's refund policy and is refunded by Steam.
